Hello Scouts and Scouters, It is that time of year again, time to set up payments for Summer Camp. Dates for camp are July 15th-21st For those of you planning on attending this year the fee is $275 per scout. If we all pay in full before May 18th we are eligible for a 5% discount. So since saving every little bit helps, we will have the following payment schedule. Due Date Amount Monday, . . . → Read More: Summer Camp Payments  Chewelah Peak/ 49 Degrees North is Dec 16 -18 We will be staying at Chewelah Peak Learning Center which is about 3 minutes from 49 Degrees North Ski Area and Cross Country and Snowshoe Trails. On Saturday during the day you can snowboard, downhill or cross country ski, snowshoe or sit and play around the lodge. Our week is July 15th – 21st. Remember one great way to earn your way to summer camp is to participate in the popcorn and wreath sales. The cost is $9 per person + $6 each for those who want to ride the shuttle back. Family is welcome on this adventure. The troop will be going to bike the trail at Hiawatha August 19-21. We will be using the troop trailer for camping equipment etc. If you have a trailer that we could use to haul the bikes, that would be greatly appreciated. Please let Susan know ASAP. If you would like to donate snacks (please no chocolate), paper, envelopes, stamps (to mail those letters home) or money, please let Susan know by Monday July 11th. The camp out is Friday June 24th – 26th. All campers must have a PFD (life jacket) and a whistle attached for canoeing and boating, it’s Idaho Law. more detailed info will come out later. |
